The ideal #Monsterdon flick has to be bad but never boring. "Plodding" is not an adjective that should apply to a Monsterdon film. And it has to be earnest. It has to be unintentionally funny. Every two minutes there has to be a laugh-out-loud what-the-fuck moment. And it shouldn't make you angry because it's values are so messed up. Relentless racism or sexism or other forms of bigotry are never funny. I think the problem with Planet Earth was that it was all cringe from beginning to end.
