@hipsterelectron the fact that replies will still show up to others even after you block someone irritates me greatly. what a fucking waste of time qt controls were while this languishes because no one yelled about it
@maxine the part i have a hard time with is that pinging the target of a quote post means they can be nasty to you or even start harassing you in return

@hipsterelectron literally any discussion of this before it was implemented was full of people going hey how about moderation tools first. how about we help users and admins moderate how people interact with their posts instead of adding a new way of interacting
