Yeah, that鈥檚 to be expected when warm moist air is forced to a higher altitude where it gets slightly cooler but also the pressure drops, which means of water vapor is going to condense on something. It probably helps that there鈥檚 a little bit of dust that鈥檚 being blown off the rock as well, which is a nucleation source.
