@CleoQc They've been doing main page updates very infrequently for a few years now. Possibly since their redesign caused all the reaction, certainly since Christina passed away. Cassidy has really kept to herself and I think most of the "work" of Ravelry is back-end and vendor/designer/marketing support at this point, it's not growing at 1M+ per year like it used to.

Wow, I totally missed that Christina died. I only go on Ravelry to buy patterns. I must say their search engine is awesome but otherwise, I don't pay much attention.
@CleoQc yeah, it was so sad - colon cancer. Her daughter was a little bit younger than mine. I'd met the whole Rav team a couple of times, one long-ago Rhinebeck and one of the Sock Summits, so followed them all back when everyone was a little more social on Ravelry. I think all the vitriol that got spit at them over the redesign really put a barrier up, unfortunately. I think it felt like a real pile-on for Cassidy after a rough spell of her own and losing Christina.
