@bennysp I guess you could say it's just another server, but it's also an interesting case study and a model for helping bring more diversity to the fediverse.

Instead of evangelizing the fediverse to individuals, or alongside it, you can try reaching out to community organizers who can then bring over their existing communities, making the fediverse feel more alive and less empty for them.
