#Hivemind, please recommend me a consumer Wi-Fi mesh product that I can install in a family member’s house. Criteria:
• 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz (others fine but def those)
• Gigabit Ethernet
• Preferably without routing, just a Layer 2 bridge to connect to existing ISP router
• Single SSID sufficient
• No (or disablable) cloud shit
• Easy to find in Australia

It’s not for me—I’d probably flash hardware with OpenWrt—so please stick to off-the-shelf recommendations.

@futzle I gave my family my old UniFi AmpliFi. Bonus is that I can admin it remotely if necessary.
