I really want to sit down with the journos who wrote this and the headline, and get to the bottom of why they chose "ban", repeatedly.
It's a short, sharp word, implying an on-high decision made against the will of people under them, which has to be enforced.
But nothing about the reported events say that. It looks like a handful of people in one town said "we're not going to post on the csam site anymore" and all nodded in agreement. All pretty mature and above board.
