Categorically not true. I dislike a wide variety of peoples, and I'm quite willing to call them different names.
For example I also don't like centrists, liberals, tories, prudes, tankies, brown-reds, landlords, purists, tech bros, terfs, snobs, racists, sexists, grifters, cops, bootlickers, "patriots", gusanos, cookers, the "grind-set" crowd, fossil fools, climate deniers, anti vaxxers, covid truthers, blue maga, billionaires, NIMBYs, golfers, and I'm very touch and go about motorists.
Some do at times overlap with fash, to be fair.
