Been thinking about a lil idea to expand on the CHIP-8.

What about a greater resolution of DMA video memory mapped to the screen?

And a faster processor, and more memory?

I think the CHIP-8 is something like 64 pixels by 32 pixels.

What is the resolution of those lil LCD screens you can get for cheap on AliExpress? 128x64?

Gameboy colour is 160x144.

Around that would be sufficient.

@d6 comes it at about 2.8K needed for storing every pixel in memory, I think.

I just found this on AliExpress:
AU$6.33 | 0.96 Inch OLED Display Module SSD1306 I2C IIC SPI Serial 128X64 LCD 4 Pin YellowBlue WhiteBlue for Arduino(Pin Headers Soldered)
