This is a 2nd bite at the apple. A judge in #Minneapolis rejected these same charges brought against Don Lemon when they were brought there, saying there was no credible evidence of the crimes he was being charged with & dismissed the govt's lawsuit as frivolous.

Eugene Daniels points out that both of these journalists - Don Lemon and Georgia Fort - are Black and just as importantly independent journalists. Independent journalists don't have the resources that journalists employed by major media do.
The point is not conviction, it's to embarrass these ppl & force them to spend time & money on their legal representation defending themselves in court.
