I just found an article that suggested it was AI but lost the link.
Here's a different one from 2022 so it appears these kinds of videos rack up millions of views and it's probably fake.

@woozle Looks like it comes from a slop sewagehose "Strange AI" on Facebook Video.
@woozle BTW for folks interested in debunking methodology, all it took to find that was searching for text in the fake news banner across the bottom of the video.
@dalias Ahh! I didn't even notice that -- but yeah, it always helps to have some text. (I basically typed in a quick description, and apparently used enough of the right keywords...)
