New Last Dinner Party and Tame Impala albums are good, but provisional top ten remains unaffected for now.
Also, before buying the latter, I have to consider that I own four Tame Impala albums, yet it never occurs to me to listen to them.
It's like a very specific variety of object impermanence, where I'll hear Tame Impala in a shop or something, think 'oh yeah, Tame Impala exists', then promptly forget about them until the next time.
This happened again at the hairdresser today. I liked the Tame Impala song that came on. Will it occur to me to listen to him off my own bat? Will it fuck.
