Hello world, from my new location 😃
It seems that the account migration from a #snac2 instance is *not* going very smoothly

My followers on @fd0@social.freebsd.amsterdam do not get notified of the move 😞

@fd0 why migrating away from #snac2? i'm looking for a way to run my own personal instance and considering using snac. any pro/cons?

pro: lean and mean, hardly any resources and super fast.
con: i found that most of the iPhone apps, paid and free, had difficulty fully connecting to my snac instance on @fd0@social.freebsd.amsterdam

@fd0 interesting, thank you. I remember @stefano had some apps he tried with snac, I have only tried a few and the results were similar to yours but I wondered if that was a misconfig on my end somewhere.

@FiLiS @fd0 well...it's still a secret... (but I'm publicly posting it, so not that secret anymore)...but something new is coming for the iOS devices and tuned for snac... stay tuned 🙂
