Get whistles. Get organized. Flier every business and tell them not to allow ICE in.
Tell immigrants that running from ICE works. Tell everybody else that getting in ICE's face works. Make sure hotlines are up and running and people know the numbers. Do not open your door for anybody you do not know (unless they are running from ICE).
