For the first time in my life, I don’t have any goals and I think it’s killing me a little every single day.

@farah Going on a road with a GPS. No direction? Have one!
I don’t think this is depression; it feels more like … I don’t even know the words to describe it
@farah I find that when it doesn't feel like depression, feels like more, and I don't have a name... that's actually depression. Mind you, I spell it with a capital-D, because when people who have never had Depression talk about being depressed, they're talking about being sad and tired for a little while, which is not remotely what clinical Depression is like, but stupidly we use the same word. Same goes for Anxiety, and more than a few others.
@farah "Despair" and it is terrible. If you can get outside, it truly helps. If you can read a new book you enjoy, it helps. If you watch something funny, it helps. The world is awful, but being ground down isn't an option I am ready to choose yet.
@farah Force yourself to go for a walk, that always helps.
