Seriously considering suing #Pittsburgh to get our alley they can't be bothered to maintain back, along with a fat tax break to maintain it.

The neighbor who's constantly complaining about stupid shit, including our new silent heat pump (they were hearing the old air conditioner which was there before we moved in, but they can *see* the new heat pump) piled all the snow from the front of his 2 door garage in front of my garage. He probably thought it would be fine because we only have one car, except that's the side of the garage we park on.
Garage door suddenly wouldn't stay closed. Thought snow was blocking it. Cleared it twice. Eventually tried adjusting the "close limit" slightly toward "open" and that did the trick.
