So they've finally started plowing in #Pittsburgh, but very few side roads are done, and in many places they've only plowed a wide enough path for a single vehicle to get through, probably because they're using contractors driving pickup trucks with plow attachments rather than real snowplows. And there's way more traffic out today than yesterday, so in many ways things are actually worse.
