Enough chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies to drop off to the VA clinic, give a few to friends and a couple of dozen for the grandkids.
This box will be on the way to the VA momentarily.
Just waiting for the last dozen to pop out of the oven.
My husband did the requisite taste testing. Summer doesn't get to try them because of the real chocolate chips.
I haven't baked so many cookies in one batch in recent memory.
I hope everyone who is on the receiving end of a fresh cookie today knows they are appreciated.
