"Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said Saturday that Democrats won’t vote to advance the legislation so long as DHS funding is included".

Translation: Schumer is hoping that the DHS funding will be put into a separate bill which he will make sure passes anyway with a few selected Democratic "turncoats" i.e. rotating villains.

But of course he'll fold if the Republicans say no.

Will Democratic voters EVER realize that they have been played all their lives? That they have been supporting fascism with a with a (D) to "oppose" fascism with an (R)? I wonder.

@Quasit It will keep happening as long as nobody expects any actual leadership out of these "leaders". Keeping Democrats in line is literally Schumer's job, and he needs to be fired if he can't do it.

@freakazoid Schumer IS keeping the Democrats in line. Just not in the way he pretends to be doing. He is the most loyal servant of the oligarchs and Israel, and a mortal enemy of the working class. So his job is to tap dance around, pretend that he is representing the people, while representing the interests of the oligarchy with his whole heart and soul.

@Quasit I suppose that when someone isn't being fired for not doing their job, it's because they *are* doing their job, just not the job *we* think they should be doing.
