All sleet now south of about Fredericksburg, Tappahannock, over to Staunton; still mostly snow north of that line. Sleet will hang around through early or mid-afternoon before freezing rain starts to enter the picture from south to north. Checking VDOT cameras, even interstates are pretty well covered up. #RVA #Virginia #VAwx #Maryland #MDwx #DC #DCwx

@rvaweather 9 inches of snow in Northeast Baltimore at 1030am. Mix of snow and sleet at 15 degrees. Never seen sleet when it’s this cold before.
