I totally get your point. There are hughe differences between the setups. There are #Nextcloud instances with #onlyoffice/ #collaboraoffice and image galleries (with face tagging ... Maps ...). Maybe somebody has recommendations?

Memories + Recognize apps provide good enough photo management, IMO.
