I was looking up the term hereditaments and came across an AI generated site of legal definitions.

I checked the result on half a dozen other sites and it contradicts them all on an important point. All those sites agreed that a hereditament is - any inheritable property - which a human can see makes sense.

But the AI site states that it only refers to land or structures on land.

Now I read that #AI #ChatBots are citing each other as sources! 🤷‍♂️

Anyone hear a bubble pop yet?
