From what I'm reading online, seems to be an issue with flatpak not cleaning up its folders correctly.
@tommi did you manage to get done with them??
I remember finding also a bunch of flapak somewhere on my computer, but I deleted them all because I was not using Flatpacks at the moment and I really needed the space, hahahah
However, I remember I found some commands online that cleared some of these files before I got really angry and deleted them all 😆 Maybe you could do with that! (I don't really remember the commands 😅 but they appeared on the first search result)

@ander_dapo I don’t have major storage problems, but 20GB is a lot… I don’t want and don’t have time to fix potential issues caused by manually deleting stuff without knowing what I am doing, so I will hold off for now
@tommi install Warehouse from flathub and see what app is using how many space
@tragivictoria mmmh but shouldn’t the storage from apps be in ~/.var/app/?
