@pezmico be realistic. The US pulls out of the agreements which were too weak and not enforcable anyway. The catastrophe will happen, humanity is too weak to stop it. Be prepared.
@hajovonta oh yes. It'll be bad. That is already crystal clear.
But it'll be a spectrum of 'how bad it gets'.
And every fraction of a degree matters.
It is not over while there is life left.
Being prepared, yes. Mitigating all we can, too.
@pezmico I'm doing what I can...sequestered another 600 kg of CO2 since the start of the year. Would have been more but this bloody weather is playing hell with my schedule. Got to do more adaptation with my mitigation.

@pezmico the only thing I really see happening with regards to climate change is the extremely wealthy are extracting more wealth from everybody else so that they can survive a climate catastrophe while the remaining 99% can suffer, or worse... if we really wanna fight climate change, we need to bring down the empires.
