Feds Create #Drone #NoFlyZone That Would Stop People Filming #ICE
The #FAA put a drone no fly zone within 3,000 feet of “DHS facilities & mobile assets,” according to a notice to airmen posted by the gov. The no fly zone is the same type that the US uses to restrict consumer #drones over military bases & Dept of Energy (DOE) research centers & facilities. The order appears to attempt to criminalize the use of drones to film ICE & #DHS employees who are detaining people
