Since the US illegal invasion of Hawaii, we now have terrible racial & economic inequality. Black and Hawaiians are the most over-incarcerated and murdered by police. Black families in the US are 10x poorer than yt counterparts & 2.5x more likely to be chained up for prison labor

The US fails to address racism, capitalism, and the military-industrial complex that MLK fought. Hawaii was the solution - anti-racist, socialist, anti-imperialist prosperity even at the height of colonial empire. The US tried to kill our dream, but we rise nonetheless.
