Latest report from
@oxfam shows that billionaires added USD$2.5 TRILLION to their private wealth in one year, while the poorest HALF of humanity struggles with the basic cost of living.

Extreme inequality is a POLITICAL CHOICE.

This is billionaire influence capturing our economies, our politics, and our shared commons.

It's time to #TaxTheSuperRich

Tax the super-rich

Are you done watching billionaires hoard wealth and power while the world drowns in growing inequality and climate chaos?

@greenpeace @oxfam I was disappointed by my otherwise wise sister who declared she had no problem with people getting wealthy.

Baffles me why she thought that, when a better international fiscal balance would wipe out poverty.

@greenpeace @oxfam For context, assuming a global population of 9 billion people, that's $277 for every single person on Earth.
