Has anyone been able to set up Iocaine on Apache2 server? I don't have nginx on this server and I rather not try to reconfigure this mess of a server into nginx.

@aks as far as I can tell (I spent two days trying and failing), it is not possible at the moment. Apache lacks the hooks needed for it.

I might have something in about a month that'll work with apache.
