@glynmoody Except those AI generated works have no cultural value, other than as a cautionary tale for when capitalism lost its mind.
@gavin57 it's true they have no cultural value, but they can still be useful. for example, for language learning, or low-value marketing material etc.

I think the slop being generated by LLMs will have a stigma attached to them long before the bubble bursts, if they don’t have one already.

All of this assumes that people can routinely tell the difference between that and low effort human creation. I tend to assume I can, but I don't *know* I can in all cases.
