This morning I have been thinking about my gender expression, as you do. And I have realised that nothing about me has changed. I have never been a girly girl. I was a tomboy growing up, and I didn't grow out of it.

And for a long while, that was fine. The only person who had a problem with that was my mother. And her constant attempts to make me "make something of myself" made me feel shit, but that's just her. No one else seemed to mind. 1/2 #gender

But things have changed over the last few years. With Trump in America, and the backlash against trans people, I feel that the gender norms have become more rigid again.

That the box labelled "women" has shrunk to the point where I am no longer in it.

So... #Nonbinary ?
