Yesterday , the first confirmed case of a BM-35 UAV being controlled via Starlink was recorded.

Previously, Starlink had only been observed on Molniya UAVs. When Shahed drones start using Starlink, it will only be a matter of time, possibly even days, not months.

This is a serious problem for #Ukraine. UAVs with this type of control are not susceptible to electronic warfare and can strike targets with high precision under the control of operators based in Russia, said Serhii “Flash” Beskrestnov, head of the Center for Radio Technologies.

Hard not to remember how Starlink connectivity for Ukrainians was reportedly restricted during the counteroffensive in the Kherson region.

Remember, nazi South Afrikaner Elon Musk blocked Starlink during Ukraine’s offensive against the invading russian forces in Crimea #Ukraine in September 2023.

Elon Musk's refusal to have Starlink support Ukraine attack in Crimea raises questions for Pentagon

SpaceX founder Elon Musk’s refusal to allow Ukraine to use Starlink internet services to launch a surprise attack on Russian forces in Crimea last September has raised questions for the Pentagon.

Elon Musk says he withheld Starlink over Crimea to avoid escalation

A senior Ukrainian official says this enabled Russian attacks and accuses him of "committing evil".
