@Geri England is the only one of the 4 nations that doesn’t have water in public hands. You’ve got to ask why sucessive Gov’s let it stay in the hands of water companies.,

@Lassielmr it's only one of the two nations on earth, the other being Chilie, where they have privatised water

Did Bolivia nationalise their water? Privatised water there was a huge problem. The plot of A Quantum of Solace was (very, very loosely) based on some real events and ended up making them far less exciting than the real history.
