Any suggestions gratefully received!

I couldn't find any European ones, as it's difficult to search for this anyway on Mastodon as searches for "basketball" are overwhelmed by spambots / feeds that focus on the NBA.

The ones I've listed in this post have mainly come from the manually curated Ghost directory, as I'm trying to list more non-Mastodon accounts on here to encourage diversity of platforms.
