A question posted on Facebook: "Are you still unable to post to France?"
The reply from Real Seeds:
"I am so sorry but since Brexit we are no longer in the same country as you and without a trade agreement, moving any quantity of seed either direction across an international border now requires phsyical inspection of each container (each packet in this case) by an official seed inspector, testing for disease in a lab, and issuing a Phytosanitary Inspection Certificate. Then declaring the shipment with the exporting and importing customs agencies of each country.
Net cost would be about £100 per packet.
This did not need to be the case - it could have carried on as before - but there was a political decision by our government to not have a trade agreement in order to prove that we really do control our own borders now."
