#Debian question: Looks like the Debian kernel does not have the CONFIG_TCP_AO setting enabled by default.

How would one go about asking to maybe get that enabled?

@nlnetlabs grumpy me is still sad that nobody seemed interested in my BGP-TLS proposal. The short answer though is probably post on: https://lists.debian.org/debian-kernel/ but of course that won't take effect until the next release (possibly this year, most likely next)

@LapTop006 Yes, we'd prefer BGP-over-TLS over fairly exotic stuff, like tpc-ao (let alone tcp-md5).

OTOH we'd even more prerfer the BGP-over-QUIC proposal advancing.
