Tennis Australia had until recently a "Senior Manager of Metaverse, NFTs, web3 and Cryptocurrency" (they renamed it Senior Manager of Digital Sales) and this is my only question about sport: Is the grift new in the last 20 years or has it always been like this but I never noticed?

@upmultimedia I believe the answer's yes & no: Computing always had grifts, but its worse now.
Heck, the current grift underwent several 20th century rounds!
