@fluchtkapsel@nerdculture.de The Speakers are kinda terrible rn since the top one doesn't work. The Pen works! Just don't use Bluetooth to connect it because it's real annoying otherwise. GNOME UI can be a bit buggy, on GNOME Mobile it's more buggy but better UX. GNOME itself is less buggy but worse UX. Microphone is currently too loud but that could be tuned.
Also no camera as of right now
SystemD image based PostmarketOS isn't out yet so package management is just annoying to do, especially on the tablet (I'd prefer not to) but this might be a positive for some
@AmyIsCoolz @fluchtkapsel I bought one to put PMOS on and couldn't unlock it. Guess you sorted that ok?
@davidoclubb@toot.wales @fluchtkapsel@nerdculture.de Yup, for HyperOS bootloader unlocking, I used this to bypass their thing https://github.com/TheAirBlow/HyperSploit
However I still needed to wait like 14 days + 22 hours to unlock the bootloader using the mi unlock tool (https://en.miui.com/unlock/download_en.html) which is unfortunately Windows exclusive. I already had a Windows To-Go external SSD for updating my laptop firmware so I just used that. There's an unofficial project that might work on Linux but I haven't test it out https://github.com/offici5l/MiUnlockTool
@AmyIsCoolz @fluchtkapsel It took me a while to get a windows machine and then I failed at the unlocking. Shame because the device looked gorgeous!
Well done on getting over the hurdles, I am jealous! In the end I went with surface pro and fedora, similar outcome
