I mean realistically I don't see SCOTUS pulling the rip cord. Yes, they have even since before the election carefully reserved the right to be Kingbreaker, legally speaking. But I think they've probably got to the point where they realize they don't have an army and Trump isn't gonna leave just because they say so - so even if the, what, 3 fascist judges on SCOTUS who care about having a legal system, at all, balk, I doubt they move against him.
