@scottsantens Would a dual deployment of UBS and UBI be the best solution? I couldn't find much mention on your website of UBS. In the UK we have the NHS which has rolled out personal healthcare budgets for some people and privatised the services so its feasible that people that previoulsy had a global access to all services now have to make decisions based on the amount of credit they have been given which is a subtley different outcome that would affect people with expensive chronic conditions
