@ajroach42 it’s nuts. Silver especially, but also gold and copper. I’m chalking it up to tariffs + “flight to safety”
@ajroach42 absolutely insane. (To the point where some of our jewelry folk are switching to other metals for their work.) I would have to check with my wife to see what the rate is now.
@GeoWend its swinging around as bad as bitcoin. This is unusual.
@ajroach42 Alice was telling me. It is likely (in part) because of where a lot of things like Silver are mined outside the States. (Jewelry prices here in CR are MUCH better than in the US right now, for example)
