We are a gluten free, dairy free, peanut free household. For those who are looking for free from baking recipes, I could not recommend Katarina Cermelj's 'The Elements of Baking' more. We've made around ten things from this book and every one turns out perfectly with not too much faff.
Including these gluten free, vegan cinammon rolls that I made today with my daughter.

@kristiedegaris We've got two of her books, everything we bake here is gluten-free because of yours truly, and some things vegan when my youngest sister's wife is present.
