I am reading on the incredibly reliable and authoritative r/interrail that as of March #Interrail (and presumably #EURail) passes will be migrating to FCB/DOSIPAS. https://www.reddit.com/r/Interrail/s/nFfPBrRZRp

Can anyone point me at a public announcement of this, or have more details? ( @q?)

How badly is this going to affect travel as of March because of outdated or badly implemented ticket validators?

Other than pointing revenue officers at https://tiw.eurail.com/ - what resources are there that we can use as a third party justification of the validity of our tickets?

@moof Yes that will happen in March, source: I’ve been testing it for EURail. No there’s no public announcement, as this is supposed to be only a technical measure, nothing for customers to care about. EURail promises that all railways are informed, and as far as the SNCF, DB, and ÖBB go I know they are ready (or will be in a matter of weeks). I know the UK railways are not ready, and seem somewhat unaware of this happening. The ticket inspection website is probably your best bet.
