@chris Nixon refused to resign until it became clear he'd be removed from office by the Senate if he didn't. The ONLY thing that allowed the country to expel this rotten abscess of a human being from the White House was national press coverage that kept the public enraged and engaged.
If Nixon had existed with a media environment like ours, he'd have served three terms.
The New York Times and their publisher AG Sulzberger need to be held accountable.
