@arstechnica You know how we could have avoided this problem? Had we forced ISPs to lay the fiber networks the taxpayers paid them to do instead of letting them just pocket the money and do nothing.

@arstechnica what fascinates me is how the US thinks it can grant licences for planetary systems - who gave it a right to do that ?
