Speaking hypothetically, I have long been convinced that the Achilles heel of capitalist police states that morph into overt fascism, is their dependence on keeping the trains running on time, the consumer class spending, and the generation of profits - which in this society is a lot of rent seeking and or investment banking, but that actually just makes it easier to disrupt.

Of course, this would be highly illegal so you mustn't do it, but if you did you'd need a large enough number of people participating in these actions that shooting a handful of organizers and calling it a day, is not really a reasonable or effective response to the activity - and not something that won't become public knowledge very quickly. It would be hard, but I'd be thinking something on the order of 250K to half a million ppl to shut down a large Western Empire city.

I understand the connection between the regime's authoritarian actions, and the capitalist/banking sector that supports them may not be clear at first - but in the simplest possible terms I can provide, someone is paying for all that fascism, and the hypothetical regime's credibility and ability to exercise power without direct force, absolutely depends on the support it receives from the private sector.

If, it were simply impossible to profit under the current government, they would be tremendous pressure on the richest and most powerful people in the country to take actions to reign the Frankenstein they created in, almost immediately.

Now the Frankenstein might not listen - but without the support of this class, there really IS no regime under capitalism. So it wouldn't matter in the end.

Fascists, and ppl who employ them, do not deserve profits.

This of course would not be an end unto itself - further steps would have to be taken to root out the regime; but in the interim, I assume attacking the ability to generate profit, would likely paralyze a fascist state and the regime running it.

But it would of course be illegal; so don't do that. But I am pretty sure it would work.
