I mean I think they picked Rumsfeld because I have never seen a picture of Dick Cheney that didn't make him look like he was A) rabid and 😎 about to bite you. Like he has the Rage Virus from 28 Days or some shit. I wish I were making that up, but no the guy looks like he's hungry for flesh.
