@ProPublica There's something in the water down there that just makes people mean, I think. This is the same county whose Sheriff made international news for cruelty that probably violates the laws of every civilized country in the world.

@ProPublica Perhaps it's not just bad/slow decision making but also a large dollop of incompetence on the parts of prosecutors, police and DA mitchell.
