I just realized that of course there is Spock/Kirk fanfiction. Of course there is. I hope their ship name is spork. If it's not, well it should be!

@Emily Spock/Kirk is the granddaddy of slash ships. The OG of the modern era, dating back to the airing of the original series and predating the portmanteau ship name.
Modern shippers use "Spirk." Now I'm not just mad they added the portmanteau, I'm also mad they chose the inferior ship name.
