There’s a whole lot missing from this story about how Sarah Larcombe’s mental recovery and prep for return to competition.

The headline before clicking through is “After Sarah Larcombe fell off Arapiles, healing her bones was just the beginning”. The story makes it clear that mental recovery is important. But the rest of the text is about the physical aspects.

@JacksonBates at a time when so many of us are looking to strengthen our mental skills to get through *waves hands* all this, it would be great to read about how people who achieve these superhuman feats of speed and strength and agility manage the mental game after a setback.
