@elgosz from a developer perspective, neodb is convenient in supporting the mastodon api (and does a pretty good job documenting its extensions), so it's straightforward to support it an app like mine. From a user perspective, I'm loyal to bookwyrm so for books I always go to bookwyrm first (and it's easy to import books that aren't in the catalog), but neodb supports more media like games, tv, movies...so I'm starting to use those. I like the neodb public annotated collections.
